Warp Unbound does not work with Surge and Inferno staves. Using Secondary fire whilst at 100 Peril still causes Perils of the Warp to occur.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Go to psykanium. Equip electrokinetic staff or inferno staff. Perform a secondary attack attack whilst at 100% peril whilst warp unbound is active, see that it does not work.

I think it’s due to them having delay_explosion_to_finish = true, which doesn’t seem to check for prevent_overload.
