Voice of Command not granting Toughness in certain scenarios and I Frames upon getting revived

As per Title, i’ve noticed sometimes upon getting revived and spamming the ability key, in this case “Voice of command” it doesn’t grant toughness to allies.

Also, when gettting revived, during the standing up animation, you can get hit and die during the animation.

Yes, that’s also why the actual significance of roaring for resurrection is very low
No resurrection grace period, extend skill CD, reduce skill range
