Veteran ability (voice of command) sometimes not working

Issue Description (Required):

Sometimes when pressing the button for the combat ability (even repeatedly) it just does nothing, even though the UI shows it’s available.

I get the impression it occurs if also doing something else, like walking forward. I’m not sure what actions exactly cause the issue.

It’s not something that happens frequently but can be quite annoying when it does happen, like when using the ability to push back pox bursters.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play as veteran
  2. Try to activate combat ability (voice of command) while doing something else

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Noticed it both with vet VoC and zealot CTW, there is some buffer/input lag problem.

Yup, keeps happening to me, at least once or twice every mission, Click the button, die to an unavoidable burster, even though I should have gained yallow toughness to survive. These days I just spam the keybind.

Combined ith the faulty weapon swapping, it just makes Veteran untrustworthy. Sad, it’s my favorite class still.

I’ll add to the choir here. It’s definitely an issue with Zealot’s relic as well, and more nasty at that - if you spam the key preemptively and the ult does go through, you’ll end up immediately cancelling it.
