Visual bug with Mk VII tactical axe when wearing a specific veteran cosmetic

Issue Description (Required):

When using Mk VII tactical axe’s H1 attack while wearing [Heavy Flak Carapace (Sludge Jungle Camo)] upper body cosmetic piece (Veteran), there’s a visual glitch in center bottom of screen.

This visual glitch only occurs when the H1 attack either:

  1. does not land on any enemy
  2. successfully activates brutal momentum (ignore hitmass, apply first target dmg)

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Unlock & equip [Heavy Flak Carapace (Sludge Jungle Camo)] upper body cosmetic piece on Veteran
  2. Acquire & equip an Atrox Mk VII tactical axe with Brutal Momentum blessing
  3. Load into meat grinder and perform H1 attack (first heavy)
  4. Observe bizarre metallic texture bug at bottom of the screen
