Victor’s Witch Hunter Captain visual/cosmetics bug

Issue Description (Required):

When switching on different hat cosmetics, it only shows the original hat, but when switched and selected to another hat, it stays visually the same. I would show a video but it’s 70mbs from the Xbox video.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Select character screen
2. Select Victor Saltzpyre, Witch Hunter Captain
3. Pressing start to open up character screen.
4. Selecting cosmetics, the hat cosmetics.
5. Select from different hats, one hat, the main hat, Dread Deliverance, stays the same through the process.

@Zetsweezy, could you please provide the name or a picture of the skin you have equipped?

If you are using the V1 legacy skin this is expected, as the hat and skin are combined for these, and the hat cannot be swapped. Could this be why?
