Issue Description:
Veteran’s “Survivalist” Aura is supposed to return 1% of ammunition per Elite/Special kill. For a Plasma Gun with 294 total ammo this should be 3 ammo units per kill. It instead consistently returns between 1 (0.34%) and 2 (0.68%) - alternating between the two - making the talent significantly less effective.
Even if Portly Paddlefish uses a different kind of math and rounding than I was taught at school - or just wants to be extra mean to Plasma users - I’d expect at least 2 and 3 units per kill.
If Survivalist only counts RESERVE AMMO (as we’ve already determined to be the case with Fully Loaded) it KINDA makes sense - I guess - as the reserve is 163…
Issue persists with and without Fully Loaded passive equipped.
Since the issue is, AGAIN seen on Plasma Gun I start to think that Rotund Rockfish has some kind of a grudge…
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip a Plasma Gun with total ammo pool greater than 249. Equip Survivalist Aura. Kill Elite and Special enemies (issue is present both in-game and in Psykhanium) and observe the amount of ammo gained per kill.
Platform:
[Steam/Microsoft Store/Xbox]
Steam
Reproduction Rate:
Constant (100%)
P.S. Just for kicks I checked it with a Revolver and it seems that YES INDEED, Flabby Flounder uses it’s own version of mathematics. It correctly and consistently rounds 0,70 up to 1 (Fully Loaded equipped, total ammo count 70) but incorrectly rounds 0,57 as EITHER 0 or 1 (Fully Loaded not equipped, total ammo count 57). Tsk tsk, rather… amusing.
P.P.S. Fully Loaded is still NOT fixed
