Vet's Survivalist Aura consistently returning less than 1% ammo

Issue Description:
Veteran’s “Survivalist” Aura is supposed to return 1% of ammunition per Elite/Special kill. For a Plasma Gun with 294 total ammo this should be 3 ammo units per kill. It instead consistently returns between 1 (0.34%) and 2 (0.68%) - alternating between the two - making the talent significantly less effective.

Even if Portly Paddlefish uses a different kind of math and rounding than I was taught at school - or just wants to be extra mean to Plasma users - I’d expect at least 2 and 3 units per kill.

If Survivalist only counts RESERVE AMMO (as we’ve already determined to be the case with Fully Loaded) it KINDA makes sense - I guess - as the reserve is 163…

Issue persists with and without Fully Loaded passive equipped.

Since the issue is, AGAIN seen on Plasma Gun I start to think that Rotund Rockfish has some kind of a grudge…

Steps to Reproduce:
Equip a Plasma Gun with total ammo pool greater than 249. Equip Survivalist Aura. Kill Elite and Special enemies (issue is present both in-game and in Psykhanium) and observe the amount of ammo gained per kill.

P.S. Just for kicks I checked it with a Revolver and it seems that YES INDEED, Flabby Flounder uses it’s own version of mathematics. It correctly and consistently rounds 0,70 up to 1 (Fully Loaded equipped, total ammo count 70) but incorrectly rounds 0,57 as EITHER 0 or 1 (Fully Loaded not equipped, total ammo count 57). Tsk tsk, rather… amusing.
P.P.S. Fully Loaded is still NOT fixed :upside_down_face:

Pretty sure this is because for some strange reason they coded it to return 1% of your reserve mag, not total ammo. So since plasma gun’s mag is so large, it makes your reserve ammo pool much smaller, they need to change this because its misleading tooltip information once again

I did some more testing in Psykhanium and I think I figured out WTH is going on… I think instead of using rounding they use an average.

Without Fully Loaded the reserve ammo is 131, and in that case the ammo return per kill is 1, 1 and 2. So while ignoring mathematical rounding it actually makes sense, because you get a bonus of 1.31 + 1.31 + 1.31 = 3.93 = average of 4 ammo gained over 3 shots. OK makes sense if we take the average, round it up and then split by number of shots.

HOWEVER!

And this is where I re-wrote this post 3 times… If you have Fully Loaded equipped (163 reserve, or 1.63 per shot)… and you shoot a lot of times - the ratio turns from 1-2-1-2(etc) to, get this, I took notes: 2-2-1-2-1-2-2-1-2-2-2-2-1… So I THINK the more shots you take, the more total amount of ammo gained equals the average you’re supposed to be getting… but you cannot reasonably notice this while in-game because it only kicks in after taking A LOT of shots, so you can only observe this behaviour in Psykhanium…
