Vet’s Exploit Weakness does not appear to be applying brittle debuff, seems to be personal rending in melee only (why melee only?)
Tested in Grinder w/ debuff indicator mod.
why melee only, they didn’t mention it in their patch update at all. Now veteran is even more useless.

Yeah, if locking it to melee only is intentional, that’s a huge L. WTF, vet’s commando tree is already the weakest of the three, imagine going out of your way to nerf it further.
