Issue Description: Using Veretan Ultimate during reloading hot Plasma Weapons, allows for continuous shooting without generating heat (Heat stuck at 0%)
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play as a Veteran and use a Plasmagun, while having the first level 30 Talent “Sustained Fire” chosen
- Fire at least one shot so you can reload the weapon.
- During the Reload Animations, precisely after the magazine is removed and Heat reaches 0, press “F” to activate the Vollevfire ability
- Now, you can fire with the primary attack, while Heat stays at 0%, until the magazine is empty
- Reloading will finish the interrupted reload animation, and rests everything, this bug then can be repeated
