Issue Description:
When using “Volley fire” with the feat “sustained fire” while reloading the plasma gun, the weapon will reloade without putting a magazine back into the gun and it won’t accumulate heat while shooting until the next reload.

- Equip the feat “sustained fire” and a plasma gun
- Go into any mission or the meatgrinder
- Shot with the Plasma gun, reload and use Volley Fire after the magazine got taken out of the gun
