Issue Description:
None of the veteran penances I have left work for me. Vantage point, through the mud, prove your worth, resupply allies, Promotion material, find your targets, be methodical, Fight the good fight, and deadeye all have not registered since patch 13.
Steps to Reproduce:
No matter how many missions I play on the required difficulty or kill enemies as the penance describes none of them show any progress.
