Issue Description:
Medi-paks will only remove corruption when they are triggered, but a medi-pak will only “trigger” when you have less than max amount of possible HP. So if your current HP is maxed to the corruption level, say after fighting a daemonhost, the medi-pak will not remove your corruption.
This is almost certainly a product of tying the corruption removal as an effect of the medi-pak’s heal function and not adding a specific check for corruption.
Steps to Reproduce:
Reduce your HP via purely corruption means, then attempt to heal with a medi-pak.
