In the second map of the Engines of War versus maps, immediately right after the hero spawn you go through a hollow log. Packmasters can hook you through the wall of this log, and if they stand you up on the hook right there, when released you will fall through the map. Myself and another teammate were instantly removed from the game this way within 2 seconds of the gate opening, ruining the entire match.
