Issue Description (Required):
The Psyker class ability Venting Shriek does not affect enemies, if the user starts to sprint right after activating the ability.
The animation still goes through, the ability will still quell peril, and it does go on cooldown.
But enemies are not staggered, or affected by any of the interactions from either of the ability modifier talents.
This is especially strange, since the ability can be activated and works completely fine, while the player is sprinting. The issue only comes up, when the player starts to sprint right after casting.
It happens in missions as well as in the Psykhanium.
This issue has been around as long as i can remember (i have been playing psyker since the open beta).
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Play as Psyker with the Venting Shriek ability.
Optional: Add any of the ability modifier talents, to make the missing hits more visible.
Use Venting Shriek while looking at some enemy units within ability range.
You can move or stand still. It does not matter.
See how the enemies get staggered (and notice the working effects of your ability modifier talents of choice).
Now cast the ability while walking towards some enemies, then start sprinting immediately after casting the ability (really hit ability button and sprint button right after another).
You will see that the animation and sound of the ability will go through, peril will be quelled and the ability goes on cooldown.
But no enemies are staggered and none of the ability modifier talents take effect.
