IB’s Vengeance talent does not trigger either when hit by enemies or by friendlies.
This is quite sad to me because it was the basis around my entire build’s playstyle.

I made a build around using this talent as well with the Coghammer and it beats cheeks. I have noticed that Vengence occasionally doesn’t trigger for some reason.
