Tons of players blatantly grief me and other players by playing difficulties they’re not ready for, since there is an upper limit to the amount of players that can be blocked in Darktide.
Blocking them through Steam (and maybe through other platforms as well) is technically possible, but destroys communities, since the players playing a game one likes, i.e. Darktide, are likely to play other games one likes as well.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Queue for a game
2a. (often) There is noone in the lobby who’s too incompetent to play the selected difficulty. In this case the exploit does not occur.
2b. (around once or twice per session) There are around 2 to 3 incompetent players in the team. In this case the exploit occurs.
3b. Attempt to block the offending players.
4b. Blocking the players failed, since there are no more of the arbitrarily limited slots available for blocking trolls.
