Issue Description:
Updating DLSS causes it to not show up in settings, making it impossible to turn it on.
Steps to Reproduce:
Goto Techpowerup to get the latest DLLs for DLSS.

Frame Gen:
Download and replace the DLSS in the game files with the downloaded ones. (This does work on other games in case the reader didn’t know about it ^^)
The game will no longer show DLSS in the settings, it will never be enabled.
This is bad considering no Devs will ever keep up to date with DLSS versions, even if they did some people might prefer a specific version better than others.
Since the latest 5.2.0 update also broke the Frame Gen in settings, I think this might be a good time to tackle both issues.
