On the weekly with unstable breed specifically in chaos wastes the explosive rats deal seemingly random damage unblockable ranging from nothing to a third of a healthbar. On regulae missions with unstable breed they deal no damage or fairly little so I’m unsure as to why they’re so amped up in chaos wastes.
