Ok let’s wait that they deliver all features of the patch.
Actually, we have to wait to test every new blessings and we cannot craft any weapon (except if you just want a 320 weapon and need only to choose your blessings).
So, actually we cannot really play with them… wanted to test duelling sword with zealot, have to wait.
Well, so, let’s wait. Let’s hope it won’t stay grayed 6 month like the «coming soon» in Hadron at release.
In case there are not, there should be ingame messages telling the players that certain functions are temporarily unavailable until the update process is finished.
Gotta love that they pushed the update but disabled everything that mattes in the update… for maintenance… Why wouldn’t you just wait until you’re actually ready to drop it instead of stringing players along?
There’s one.
But it is not obvious what has been inactivated. Several are obvious, but not all.
By example, you cannot change perks with perks with a tier above the one.
This is linked to what has been inactivated. Was not obvious for me even after reading the banner.
One thing that jumped at me when cleaning my builds up is; The sound of the Powersword activation is now completely on the right side (sure makes sense with it’s position) but also WAY to loud. With that giant audio bomb going off on the side of my hearing it is suddenly a very painful weapon to play.
I might be imagining changes that aren’t there but I feel like this audio in particular got kraked up in this udpate.
You’re more than fine, and it happens, Strawhat. Thanks for curing my anxiety and letting me know that the problem is being looked into. Keep being, awesome.
I’m sure many have already said this but that timer on the new map is way too tight, I’ve only had 3 successful runs (1 heresy, 2 aruic damnation) and all entered the last 30s timer. Either have it give extra time for each completed objective or add 3-5 more minutes onto the timer
On the contrary, this time is quite enough, if the team is not able to push through - then these are the team’s problems, the timer is quite excellent in time and motivates enough to play aggressively and not engage in meaningless searches for resources and other things. Sharks planned that the mission would be completed quickly - and they succeeded.
Question, or rather a remark about people who live in the Dark. With the old crafting system, I could spend several million gold searching for a weapon with the stats I needed now it’s become much easier, and finding the right base for an item is not a hassle, which is generally good. However, this brings about a problem with gold it loses value even more for people like me. The most I’ll spend in a patch is probably around 3-4 million on weapon upgrades and crafting templates, and even that seems unlikely. Where should I spend it now?
Summary
Also, I want to remind you about the gold limit of 25 million (which constantly fills up). If before I used to buy weapon templates just to spend my money and I had various weapons over 370+ for “someday,” now that’s lost its meaning too. There have been various suggestions and wishes regarding where to spend gold: for example, betting before a mission on whether you will complete it or not, purchasing a unique contract for a mission (like paying X gold to buy the necessary mission with the required modifiers), etc. I would at least like the gold limit to be removed.
Regarding the new mechanic with the flamethrower’s gas tank explosion 12 seconds seems like too long a timeframe for him to die on his own during that period, as it would be easier to finish him off. It felt like something was missing, and I realized what it was: after the gas tank ignites, he should stop using his weapon and run toward the nearest Operator with the aim of self-detonation, like a Pox. Yes, he loses control of his weapon for a couple of seconds after igniting the gas tank, but then he continues his regular tasks, and this change is more annoying than interesting. However, adding a bit of determination to him would sound more engaging, as it would strip him of his weapon and we would need to react (like pushing him away, similar to the Pox) to avoid ending up in a pool of fire. I think reworking this kind of mechanic would take time, but it would be much better than what we have now. I liked the idea of weak points and would like to see its development.
extremely important to dank gamers: the health booster lines are no longer used. So now it is an exclusive phrase above cryonic rod and vacuum capsule because there are no environmental triggers for these lines, they’re called medi stims by the characters now.
Health Booster is the only thing I wanna hear from you mod users from now on.
