It’s like listening to that Sardaukar from Salusar Secundas without the subtitles on. Sounds cool, but it’s indecipherable. Or an old British Rail train station announcement

No. Basically. I don’t think you’re supposed to be able to work it out. Maybe it’s a nod to a galactic dialect-language other than “British-English”.

Yknow I was actually wondering too. For anyone who doesn’t get it, it’s the voice that plays over the PA system whenever you select a character.

Somehow it doesn’t look like “The Emperor protects”. It sounds more like " +++ illegible +++ … one, six"
