Unable to pick up a Grimoire

Hi all,

Me and my teammates were unable to pick up a grimoire situated on top of a locker in a locker room shelf near one of the elevators in the “Excise vault Spireside-13” ( the mission where you have to pick up contagion samples

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

We just were unable to pick up the grim, no prompt was available. We of course tried jumping, disconnecting and reconnecting ect…

Had the same thing happen to me in a public game. We are all jumping around like idiots trying to grab the thing and eventually gave up. Would love to know what the issue is here.
