Un-obtainable Grimoire position on "Excise Vault Spireside-13"

Grim spawned in a location where no one could actually grab it. Prompt did not show for anyone.

1. Have grim spawn in this location
2. be unable to grab it.

same here and we had 3 Ogryns who can reach it no problem

again like hour back, also found on this map one piece of plasteel which none of as could pick (grimm is bigger problem)
