Unable to go fullscreen

Hi.

I have two issues, first one is the game won’t go Fullscreen and is always windowed, I’ve gone into settings and tried Fullscreen and borderless but both times it stays windowed.

Second issue isnt a huge one but when i load game and go into settings is says i have no graphics card on my laptop, only the basic internal one, this isnt true as running a 3070 card.

Isnt a huge issue but it automatically sets my settings to very low and quite annoying.
