Sorry to hear this @ShinyPecs. If you try connecting to a different Twitch channel is the issue consistent?

A common culprit for this can be Anti-Virus/Firewall blocking the connection to Twitch, so I recommend checking for this first.

Otherwise, could you try switching to a mobile data connection temporarily and check to see if the problem persists? This can help in isolating the issue.

Yes, I tried the other solutions you mentioned, didn’t work.

But switching to mobile data works. Still, wouldn’t wanna use this permanently, so any ideas?

Ah I see, this would suggest a local network issue then. Our general connectivity solutions may be of help, specifically I recommend to try changing your DNS:

So I tried changing the DNS but it didn’t work. Also tried flushing DNS, didn’t work.

Hm okay :frowning: could you please provide a console log from a session that you try to connect to Twitch and it fails? This might give us some clues as to what’s happening under the hood:

Thanks in advance!

Ah found an alternate solution, since I’m not streaming anyway, a program called vermintwitch solved it.
Apparently another redditor told me that Malaysia’s ISP banned twitch connection via vermintide.

Oh I see! I’m glad you found a workaround and thanks for passing the information on. I’ve made a note of this for future reports.
