Turning DLSS On/Off Has No Impact on FPS

Issue Description:
My FPS does not change when turning on DLSS or using AMD FidelityFX.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch game
  2. Go into Video Settings
  3. Turn DLSS on
  4. Inspect FPS (which doesn’t change compared to when DLSS is off)

Platform:
Steam + RTX 4090

Reproduction Rate:
100%

I’ve seen other 4090 users say they need to turn DLSS on/off/on to get the setting to save. But no matter how many times I turn it on/off it doesn’t change anything. :frowning:

Game is being super duper wonky on my 4090 too. You may have more luck going to the config file and manually inputting stuff. The in-game settings appear to be super unreliable.

Same here with a 3080. I’ve noticed most settings don’t have any affect on my performance. I get about ~60-80fps in the hub and in missions, but it feels WAY worse in missions. 60 feels more like 30 there.
