Tried a complete reinstall and the game is still laggy

Issue Description (Required):

Followed all guides to lower perfomance issues, but nothing has changed. Playing on the lowest possible settings, and the game is in slow motion.

Added a new console log.

Issue Description (Required): There’s a general lagginess with this game, but especially on some maps. The one with the end event that’s sort of a foundry, where you have to kill the eyes. I bought a new PC expecting to get better performance from this game, but it’s still generally and then extremely laggy in some places. I can run V2 with no issues whatsoever.
