For some reason I am only showing 2/9 Scab enemies killed in this penance. I have almost finished Scab Picker 5 at this point and I am certain I have killed more than that in the 123ish hours I have in this game so far.

I have since completed Scab Picker 5 and am up to over 300 hours of gameplay. I rather enjoy getting all of the penances completed, so this has been a bit of a sore thumb for me the entire time.
