Issue Description:
The Penance Traitorous Collective was stuck at 7/9 since preorder Beta and nothing changed even after 1 Bugreport and 1 asking vor help in Technical Support, since you decided to increase the Penance from 9 to 12, i thought maybe this fixes the bug, but no after days trying to get the last hit on a Scap Captain witch was added along Rager and Flamer i got the kill a few minutes ago, just to see the peanance ist still stuck just not 7/9 but now 10/12.
So its now 7 month and you editet the penance, is it so mutch to ask to fix this?
The Problem is, 2 of those were counted below but not on the overall counter, witch blocks the Penancen from completing, becaus it is never checked again.
So i assume i will be stuck with an bugged account forever, not really an insentive to buy aquilas or any dlc that might come out.
And what really infuriates me is the fact that this penance blocks me from finishing another penance with an trincket as reward, and since you sell trinkets you can even put a pricetag on it.
