Torches carried by enemies have no flame animation

Issue Summary: The torches carried by the enemy do not have any flame on them, all there that is there is a smoldering ember and yet the lighting around it shows it as being pretty bright.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Look for the torches carries by the enemy and you should see it

Reproduction Rate (Choose One): Constant

Additional Information: When the enemies the glow effect around the torches go out.
