Tier IV Chain Deathblow blessing seems to only give +10% crit chance, not +20%. The same seems to apply to Tier III.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Equip a weapon with Tier IV said blessing
  2. Kill an enemy with a headshot
  3. Verify the current crit chance with a mod like

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
