Thunderhammer and Crusher headshot damage on "Strikedown" attacks

Issue Description:
Looking at in-game description of “strikedown” attacks you can see them as strong single target ( mostly vertical up-to-down) attacks

Despite being vertical therefore they speak for themselves to snipe for enemies’ heads we have some strange behavior of these attacks on TH and power maul specifically. They deal close to zero additional damage when strike weakspot ( head ) of the enemy.

I did some testings and there are results:

(Not a single weapon has perks for additional weakspot damage)

As you can see the damage increase is simply close to zero ( 3-5%) while these attacks are made to snipe enemies’ heads I suppose.

The same pattern goes for every enemy (armor type) in the game for example ragers:

while sweeping ( relentless attacks that are suppused to stagger multiple enemies at once)

have completely different result in both cases of weapons:

the difference betwen strikes to the head and body of relentless attacks is substentional which is absurd if you read in-game description.

In case of Power maul attack that suppose to stun a lot of people actually does more weakspot damage than strikedown (powerful single target attack).

It’s like that in case of these weapons only. For example the same type of attack( strikedown) on eviscerator that doesn’t have additional finese or weakspot damage modificators:

The difference in damage is 40%.

This strange interaction (Bug?) Removes the whole point of these powerful strikedown attacks of TH and power maul ( to smash the weakest spot of enemies we are fighting with - the head). There’s almost no differense wether you hit the head or body therefore no reward for skillful and smart play of precicely hit the head. In case of eviscerator you’re massively rewarded if you hit the head. But attack that has same purpose in case of TH and maul provides no benefits hitting weakspot.

The same picture ( actually increased damage to weakspots) goes for axes, swords, knives etc. It’s not only about comparing these weapons.

If this is gameplay feature why some weapons despite having no visible finese multiplier destroy weakspots but TH and maul do not do even a quarter/fifth part of it. I’m not sure how all of this makes sence. For me it’s strange and broken interaction.

[Edit] Completely forgot about first Heavy attack of the power maul. It’s also strikedown and also does almost zero weakspot damage.
