Only players who have access to EA, such as streamers, can use it.
In the US, it should be removed rather than nerfed.
If that happens, the Duel Sword would still be a viable weapon due to the previous nerf.
If US is kept, it should only be given to clearly armor-vulnerable weapons like the Devil’s Claw or Heavy Sword.

i’m watching mr. e’s stream right now. he shows this info about uncanny having only max 8% x5, but only on the ganger’s shivs. other weapons have full uncanny. he mentions though it might be a testing ground.

Currently visible on Hive Scum exclusive weapon blessings only. One can hope this will be a game wide change, AND even then it would remain a really strong pick.

They already have different numbers for surgical, headhunter and probably others depending on weapon.
