i dont know for sure if im just mis remembering but i think that the gasmask ventilator pack on their chest is for some weird reason super squised when its supposed to have some more volume to it..

People pointed out it was modeled two or three times as large as it actually should have been (it should fit entirely between the webbing straps on the chest), and was clipping through arms and weapons.

Fatshark’s response was to just flatten one dimension so it no longer clipped through arms, instead of shrinking the entire chest rig to the appropriate size, as on the Psyker.
