I’m a little overwhelmed right now because my class is ruined, I may have to retreat to Total War Warhammer (Old world mod) for a while, until they fix my Veteran.

I just tried making a similar build to the mix&match I had prior and it’s just impossible unless you simply ignore the keystone.

The usual half assed job by fatshark.
They maybe will fix it in a couple major patches which means 6-12 months from now if you are optimistic.

I think the main issue is just that there are WAY to many tax nodes, good god. There are also just a ton of useless talents still too.

Twined blast is way too unreliable to make it worth using. It should just be in a timer where it has a long cooldown rather than being a chance.

Some skills are just flat out underwhelming.

Psyker keeps getting nerfed, but I haven’t seen a fix for warp charge cooldowns effect not properly applying to Scrier’s Gaze? Been an issue since the talent update. Any news on when that’s going to get fixed?

By any change was mesh_streamer been fixed for Ryzen 9 5950X? It’s been almost a year since it has been broken…

did some testing and it seems like veteran in melee is going to be like, uh, better than a zealot haha.

Like, his access to attack speed, crit, and damage in his tree is simply numerically off the charts better. I’m literally memeing this rn. About to abuse this.

Is Exhilarating Takedown on the Veteran tree fixed? It’s bugged and decreases your toughness damage reduction instead of increasing it

I want to point out that the bleed stacks on the Eviscerator Bloodletter blessing are still unintentionally nerfed. This bug has been acknowledged a few times but has not been fixed since patch 13. Any updates on this?

So, crouch-walking doesn’t expend stacks of marksman’s focus. This is gonna get weird.

Feels like the guy making it has never played the game before, tbh.

Or maybe the “playtesters” were just so into the idea. “Yeah, crouch walking from target to target, folks on auric will love this trust me”

No. But at least we can plot the tree around this and Deadshot, because they’re both still trash.

Numerous nerfs to veteran talents and nobody swapped the 15 nodes to 25 when they pulled half of them. What’s going on here guys. At least the freak is nerfed, was getting really sick of those.

Thats a poor take.

I was excited for the skill tree rework, Vet is easily my favourite class. Theres nothing cool or fun in the new tree. Making some weird mini games to build damage stacks isn’t fun, its tedious.

I wanted fun, excitement, action. Pew pew pew. Explosions and stuff.

Its 40k, don’t think people would have complained.

I wonder how the old Bolter Veterans are feeling? You reckon they are hyped to try your Weapons Specialist build that you’re so proud of? I’d guess not.

What about an entrench stance instead of Marksmans Focus? Something that slows you a bit, but gives some serious hosing power and defensive boost? Or a stance that pulls a specialist weapon out, like melta, heavy flamer or volleygun?

Idk, feels like making cool stuff for 40k isn’t too hard, just need to know the games you’re drawing from and putting into.

Why did you not change the penances from “do flash missions” to “do maelstrom missions” instead?

We still have no penances for the new skill trees and no penances for maelstrom.
