The Speedload blessing has an incorrect description

Issue Description:
After the hotfix today, the Speedload perk ( originally +x% Reload Speed for [n] seconds after Sliding ) displays the wrong information for the blessing. The blessing still works as normal.

Steps to Reproduce:
Description of a weapon with the corresponding blessing.
