As title says, it doesnt work. the extra range still seems to. but there is no addition burst.

1.aquire power maul with power surge
2. hit armoured enemy

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

The blessing does work, after talking with some nerds i discoverd it does work. Its just very unintuitive and probably needs some wording changed.
The way it functions is every enemy hit after the 1st in a single special attack that is armoured triggers an additional burst.
I will be deleting this post and making one in the suggestions area.
