The NVIDIA “NGX Updater” process is preventing the DarkTires official launcher from running.

I have the same issue, i’ve upgraded my gpu to 5070 and now even launcher does not wanna start unless i kill all NGX update processes (that the launcher itself is launching) in task manager
Disabling nvidia overlay seem to fix the issue(?)
nvm it worked for like couple of hours and back at it again
Really annoying that i can’t even play the game unless i close all of those NGX updater processes manually in task manager
It still hasn’t been fixed btw
