The new map, "No Man’s Land," looks good

It’s not exactly a new biome, but at least it doesn’t feel as claustrophobic as previous maps, and it looks visually appealing. Since there doesn’t seem to be a mission timer like in Rolling Steel, I think it’s a map you’d want to play regularly. It would be even better if it were a full map, though.

Yeah looks really good. The Dukane transmission at the end suggests we’re getting another mission (at some point) that continues this plotline.

3 missions total (I assume next quarter we’ll see the other 1/2?) according to the article earlier today!

where do you see this

No date, but info from this (somewhat jank) article: Fatshark Presents Darktide's New Hive Scum Class, Confirms No PvP Plans for Now

While the Hive Scum class is a premium DLC (available starting December 2 on all platforms for $11.99 in the Standard Edition and $18.99 for the Premium Edition), all Warhammer 40K: Darktide players are getting a new three-mission story arc as part of a free update.

I think that’s referring to what’s coming with the update which has the train mission, excise vault spireside, and No Man’s Land in a 3 part story arc.

The 3 mission story arc is a new tab in the story mode. First mission is Rolling Steel’s train, second Excise Vault Spireside from the Hourglass maps, and the third is No Man’s Land with the new Trench map.

its awesome, literally all i imagined when they said trenches. Big chances of becoming my favorite mission (will help the operations achievement)

Interesting! I heard the vague mention of stringing together shorter stories in one of the recent interviews. Bummed they aren’t full maps, but this new arc approach may bode really well for moving the story forward!

Giving me VT2 vibes yessss
