Issue Description (Required):
The new “fixed” Razor-Jaw talent randomly applies double the bleeds to any affected targets and its damage can then be further scaled to insane levels with talents.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Two things at work here:

Targets will extremely often receive maximum bleed stacks instead of just 8.

Bleed ticks from the dog even without any extra talents are seemingly stronger than any other bleed source and can then be further buffed by any dog damage increasing talent.
The dog even if left alone and never given a command will obliterate any dense packs regardless of difficulty.
