Issue Description:

It has happened several times now that the powercell for the medicae, just before the Archive, just disappears/despawns.
Even if you find it the moment you drop it or look away its just gone when the distraction is over.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Enclavum Baross “throneside”
  2. Get to the empty Medicae after the bridge, but before the “archive”.
  3. See and touch powercell
  4. Get distracted
  5. Powercells Object-permanence stops working because you looked away
  6. Get no Healing
