The lobby ready animations look silly

All of the one-handed weapons in this game have the same animation and idle pose when ready in the lobby. Namely, this:


I think this doesn’t really make sense for most weapons. Especially the dueling sword, which just looks so unprofessional compared to what the weapon looks like ingame:


Look at this pose. Refined. Weapon ready and pointed towards enemy, hand behind back to look snazzy. A proper duelist’s stance. The lobby pose? Not so. It’s like a hive ganger picked up a legendary weapon and swung it around randomly.

Ready animations in the lobby should mimic the idle poses ingame to look better, IMO.

“Silly” is a bit harsh imo, but I like your idea about a “weapons specific” lobby (ready) pose / animation…

E. g. you have equipped the stub revolver, switching into the “ready” status could be a animation to “check” the cylinder, means the char swings the cylinder out of the frame with one hand, checks the ammo, spins the “wheel” once and swing it back into alignment with the barrel ready to kick some heretic a$$e$… FS do it pls :grin::ok_hand:
