This one is a small one, but it would be nice to let players choose which weapon they want to have on display when in the Prelaunch lobby/walking in animation during mission starts? Like I unlocked the boltgun/plasma gun and would prefer those on display than my shovel! xD (Unless there is a way to do that but its obscure or I have missed it.)
