[Talent level lines] Last ones from 25 to 35. Skipping 30

Hello,

I don’t know if it is a bug or intentional. All characters’ talent lines have as last lines level 25 requirements and then 35. It means you need 2x more levels than previously to unlock new talents.

Just repporting.

Talents 5, 10, 20, 25 -> 35 (?!)

These talents have been moved to level 30.
