Tag and Social Wheel bind not working

After the anniversary update, I can’t use the combination tag and social wheel bind anymore. I can’t tag enemies or open the social wheel with it. The other, single-purpose keybinds work fine, though.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play game.
  2. Attempt to use “Tag/Social Wheel” bind.
  3. Nothing happens - cannot tag or open social wheel.

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Constant (100%)
