Surge does not work as intended on Trauma Staff

Issue Description (Required):

Using Surge on Trauma staff does not properly cause a double explosion with the charged attack.

Compare this with the Voidstrike, where it functions properly, and causes two Charged Blaze-Bolts to be emitted.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Equip a Trauma staff with Surge blessing, cast the charged attack via right click, only 1 damage number in psykanium with a critical hit.

Funny enough it works on the primary attack only. It’s basically useless.
