Issue Description:
Trauma Staff with “Surge” blessing doesn’t trigger another shot on critical hit using the secondary attack. Plus when you are running “True Aim” at 5 stacks, the bonus is consumed when using the secondary attack of Trauma Staff.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use a Trauma Staff with “Surge” and one without “Surge”. Wait for a critical hit.
