Issue Description:
Surge blessing doesn’t apply to Trauma staff secondary attack.
As the perk states It should cause a second source of damage which it does achieve with primary attacks, but not secondary.
Reportedly the Voidstike staff with the Surge blessing works as intended and the secondary attack will hit twice.
This leads me to believe this is a bug and not intended for the Trauma staff.
Steps to Reproduce:
Hit any enemy with a Crit from a Surge blessing Trauma staff.

Blessings not working should be a huge loss to the game experience, but it’s been neglected for the past two months.

This is a tier 4 blessing, and the lack of usable items doesn’t make the problem any bigger, but the fact that the blessing isn’t working is a very serious and big problem, isn’t it?
“acknowledged” pretty much feels like a “ok bye”
it is inside their todo list i’m sure, not top priority ( unless more people talk about it )
The game is already on VT2 level of care, bag is secured, so yeah… until next year or something ( not even kidding )
