Issue Description: Surge blessing doesn’t apply to Trauma staff secondary attack. As the perk states It should cause a second source of damage which it does achieve with primary attacks, but not secondary. Reportedly the Voidstike staff with the Surge blessing works as intended and the secondary attack will hit twice. This leads me to believe this is a bug and not intended for the Trauma staff. Steps to Reproduce: Hit any enemy with a Crit from a Surge blessing Trauma staff. Mission Name (If Applicable): all Platform: Steam Player ID: 1082166009 Approx. Time of Issue & Timezone: Reproduction Rate: Constant (100%)

This bug was also posted 2 months ago Blessings not working should be a huge loss to the game experience, but it’s been neglected for the past two months. I’ve been keeping an eye on the situation, but it’s getting harder Seek immediate improvement
