Stuck Loading, buying Aquilas

in commodore’s vestures i cant buy Aquilas.
I have money in my Steam account, which I’ve had for 3-4 months. There is enough money, I can’t buy any Aquilas.
there are no logs, its just in perpetual loading (image example) i have once left it in this loading screen for a couple hours. nothing happens, just stuck. i cant quit out of it, no keyboard responds. i have to force kill the game. it has been this way for 3 months.

OH you are right! i dont, i’ll give it a try

ok solved, i turned off overlay to give more performance but at the cost of cant buy aquilas
