Stuck in healing animation Crash to Desktop

I was playing Enchanters Lair today and drachenfels decided to possess my dear bardin

While both me and my teammate were wounded, I healed her with a medkit. during the healing my character suddenly became stuck in the animation, with me no longer able to regain control. this persisted until my team killed me to reset me, however upon respawning I crashed to desktop.
this was near the end of the level, on the opposite side of the door you knock.

is this a known bug? it was kinda funny seeing bardin just strangle the air for about 20 seconds, helpless to escape the urge to heal my team.

Sorry about that. So we can take a look under the hood, could you please provide your console log from this session? Thanks!

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
