It exists only to kill troll in 3 seconds. Thats it. It has no other purpose and troll is already just long range puke bot.
And bomb damage to troll should be reduced, stagger is more then enough.

And for any other bosses - they will be just useless.

Remove str potion as you said
But make troll immune to stagger outside of shout ults, barrels and BW ult

Removing str potions from the map would also make Grail Knights Virtue of the Penitent talent more viable (which creates str potions).
